You can download the order form below with sampling pricing, email your sales representative for a customizable form to print your own with your own pricing, or ask your representative to design and print an order form for you to pick up.
Step 4: Sell!
Have your family and friends join in the fun -- our sandwiches, soup, and bbq make a great packed lunch or a quick to the table dinner on a busy evening.
Final order numbers are due seven (7) days prior to the delivery date. We will accept add-ons up to 3 days prior to delivery.
Step 5: Tally all of the seller forms onto the tally summary spreadsheet below.
Submit the tally summary and final payment to your sales representative. Confirm delivery time and location.
Step 6: Delivery
All orders will arrive cold, fresh, and pre-sorted. Please ensure a cool delivery location and have your sellers pick up their products as soon as possible!
Final payment is due when the order is placed. We accept cash, check, or a major credit card.
Onions are bagged separately to keep subs fresh. PA sales tax is already included in prices.
